Preparing For Easter Sunday
Hey Redemption Church Family,
I am so excited about this Sunday at Redemption Church! I cannot wait to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ with you on Easter Sunday.
We believe God often shows up to prepared places, and I am so thankful for all the people who have been working together to prepare for this weekend. We are expecting guests this weekend, and we could use your help to make this Sunday special. Here are a few ways you could help:
Pray:
Would you partner with us in prayer for this weekend at Redemption Church?
Pray that the Gospel would be declared clearly (Colossians 4:2-2).
Pray that the Word of God would advance in peoples lives (2 Thessalonians 3:1-3).
Pray that lives would be changes by Jesus (Acts 6:1-7).
Pray for me that by the power of the Holy Spirit, the Gospel would be boldly proclaimed (Ephesians 6:18-20).
Pray for everyone serving at Redemption Church this weekend. (1 Thessalonians 5:25).
Consider Moving to the Balcony:
If the rooms starts filling up, would you please consider sitting in the balcony? By moving up to the balcony, you would help create space for people who are new to Redemption or visiting for the very first time. This small move helps welcome new people, and make room for one more person to encounter the Good News of the Gospel.
Park At Perry School:
For those of us that are able, would you please park at Perry Elementary at the end of W Boone Street? If you have mobility issues, or physically need to park in the church parking lot, we totally get it. By parking at the school, it frees up parking spaces in the parking lot and on W Boone Street closer to the church. We don’t want someone visiting for the very first time to have to park blocks away from the church.
Men, if you could, drop your family off and then park down at Perry School.
There is street parking along Perry School on both W Boone Street and W Perry Street. See the picture below.
David Berg has generously offered to drive his minivan to help transport people from Perry School to the Church. So if you would like a ride, keep an eye out for David and his golden minivan.
Thank you for partnering with Redemption Church this weekend! We can’t wait to worship Jesus with you this Sunday at 10:30AM.
Grace and Peace,
Adam
