2026 Bible Reading Plan
The Scriptures have been used for thousands of years as a primary means to follow Jesus through reading, meditating, and applying God's Word to our lives. We believe that the Scriptures are divinely inspired and applying them is essential to following the way of Jesus.
Set aside time and create a rhythm to read, pray, and meditate on the assigned Scriptures for the week. If you miss a week or are unable to read, do not feel a pressure to "make up" a week, simply continue reading and seeking to understand the message of Jesus for your life. The goal of this time is to be with Jesus and hear the voice of your Good Shepherd, not accomplish a task.
Here's a suggested way to spend your time with Jesus:
⚬ Pray and ask the Lord to speak to you and reveal the truth of His Scripture to you.
⚬ Read 1-2 chapters at a time.
⚬ Engage with the text by journaling the answers to these simple questions:
● WHAT is the one biblical truth that was highlighted to you through your time?
● HOW is the Lord calling you to respond in a simple/measurable step of obedience?
● WHO is one person that God is inviting you to reach out to this week?
⚬ Meet up in a Group to receive prayer and encouragement in your walk with Jesus, while building formative friendships.
